Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Chop the steak into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add steak pieces in a single layer and sear until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
- Toss in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any brown bits for added flavor.
- Bring broth to a gentle simmer, add ravioli, and cook according to package instructions (about 3-5 minutes).
- Stir in remaining butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
