- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 12 Oreo cookies (Halloween-themed or double-stuffed)
- 36 pretzel sticks
- 12 dozen small candy eyeballs
- 3 tablespoons sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt chocolate: Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe dish. Heat for one minute, stirring until smooth.
- Assemble spiders: Break three pretzel sticks in half. Twist an Oreo to remove the top wafer, insert pretzels into the cream side, drizzle melted chocolate over legs, and replace the top wafer.
- Decorate: Dip each cookie into the remaining melted chocolate, add candy eyes while wet, and sprinkle on decorations.
- Chill: Refrigerate cookies for at least 10 minutes until the chocolate sets.
