  • 3 peaches (pitted, peeled, and thinly sliced)
  • 12 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and cinnamon; cut in softened butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Layer sliced peaches over the crust.
  4. In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth; add granulated sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over peaches.
  6. For the topping, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and salt; mix in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown and set; let cool completely before refrigerating.
