Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 peaches (pitted, peeled, and thinly sliced)
- 12 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and cinnamon; cut in softened butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Layer sliced peaches over the crust.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth; add granulated sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over peaches.
- For the topping, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and salt; mix in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown and set; let cool completely before refrigerating.
