  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup salted butter (½ stick)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 6 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup salted butter (softened)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake until golden.
