- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream (room temperature)
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- ¼ cup salted butter (½ stick)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- 6 cups sliced fresh peaches
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- ½ cup salted butter (softened)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake until golden.
- 2. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar, flour, vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- 3. Pour the filling over the crust and bake until set but jiggly in the center. Cool in the oven with the door ajar.
- 4. Prepare peach topping by cooking sliced peaches with butter and sugars until tender.
- 5. Make cobbler topping by combining cake mix with butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
- 6. Layer peach topping over cheesecake and sprinkle cobbler mixture on top. Chill before serving.
