Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
- 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and cinnamon until wet. Stir in oats until combined.
- Crumble oat mixture over the peach filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
