Ingredients
- 3 cans (15 ounces each) peaches (2 cans with juice, 1 can drained)
- 15.25 ounces yellow cake mix (dry)
- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon (divided)
- 8 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Pour two cans of peaches (with juice) and one can of drained peaches into the prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
- In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining cinnamon, and salt; set aside.
- Evenly spread the dry cake mix over the peaches using a spatula.
- Slice butter into thin pats and distribute over the cake mix.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on top of the butter layer.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
