Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits.
- Place peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Drizzle each half with honey and dot with butter or coconut oil.
- Sprinkle optional cinnamon and vanilla extract if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until soft and golden brown.
- For extra caramelization, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Let cool slightly before serving and spoon pan juices over each peach half.
