Ingredients
- 4–1/2 cups Peanut Butter Captain Crunch
- 4–1/2 cups Cap'n Crunch cereal (the regular kind, no berries!)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar (divided)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine both cereals and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter in short 15-second intervals until smooth. Stir in salt.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereals and gently fold to coat evenly.
- Divide the mixture with powdered sugar into a resealable bag and shake well until coated.
- Optionally add nuts or candies for extra flavor before serving.
