- 1 2/3 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (plain)
- 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a loaf or round pan.
- In one bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in pumpkin puree and vanilla.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture without overmixing.
- Stir in warm milk until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
