Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a loaf or round pan.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in pumpkin puree and vanilla.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture without overmixing.
  6. Stir in warm milk until smooth.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
