- 1 cup unsalted butter (227 g), room temperature
- 1½ cups light brown sugar (300 g), packed
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter (129 g)
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (375 g)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup peanut butter chips (240 g)
- 2 cups Reese's Pieces candy (376 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the peanut butter chips and Reese's Pieces.
- Chill the dough for 15 minutes before scooping onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden; centers should remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for at least 30 minutes.
