- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds or chia seeds
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey/maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Evenly scatter blueberries over the yogurt layer and gently press them in.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds or chia seeds on top.
- Freeze for 2 hours or until solid. Break into pieces and enjoy!
