Instructions
- Wash the lettuce thoroughly under cold water and pat dry.
- Slice the cucumber into rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar; season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving; toss gently to coat.
