Instructions
- Chop the bell peppers, onion, and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once shimmering, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned and no longer pink (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Add chopped bell peppers and cook until tender yet crisp (3-4 minutes).
- Serve hot with your choice of sides or toppings.
