- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Pecorino cheese
- 1 unit egg (beaten)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine raw shrimp, lump crab meat, and minced garlic; mix gently.
- Add breadcrumbs, grated Pecorino cheese, and beaten egg; stir until well combined.
- Season the mixture with chopped parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper; mix evenly.
- Form small balls or patties from the mixture and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Lightly drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side.
