Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp paprika (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
- Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mix yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped green onions before serving.
