Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Mix in the cooled butter-cocoa mixture and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan; bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
  6. For decoration, fill a small ziplock bag with melted white chocolate; pipe onto cooled brownies in a spider web pattern.
