Scale
- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter; stir in cocoa powder until combined. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Mix in the cooled butter-cocoa mixture and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan; bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
- For decoration, fill a small ziplock bag with melted white chocolate; pipe onto cooled brownies in a spider web pattern.
