- 1 pound beef sirloin (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 red onion (cut into pieces)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread beef, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill kabobs for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped parsley and season to taste.
- Brush garlic butter over the kabobs before serving.
