Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
- Add 1 tablespoon of strawberry preserves and cream cheese mixture to the center of each circle. Fold and seal edges tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a frying pan or deep fryer.
- Fry donuts seam-side down until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
