- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 2 cups cold milk (or almond/oat milk for dairy-free)
- 1 cup whipped cream or coconut whipped cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or gluten-free cookies
- 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping (crushed freeze-dried strawberries and cookie crumbs)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the pudding mixture, followed by sliced bananas, half of the strawberries, and half of the crushed cookies.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pudding mixture, bananas, strawberries, and cookies. Top with strawberry crunch topping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
