Ingredients
- 3–4 ripe peaches, sliced or cubed
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime or lemon
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves, chopped (plus more for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice peaches into bite-sized pieces and halve grapes and strawberries. If using kiwi, peel and slice.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine peaches, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and kiwi.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime or lemon juice, honey (if desired), and chopped mint leaves until well mixed.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves before serving.
