- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine unsalted butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove chicken from skillet.
- Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, scraping up browned bits. Stir in the butter mixture until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat thoroughly with the sauce; simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
