Instructions
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the dressing into a jar with a lid and refrigerate.
