- 1 pound chicken breast (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon almond flour (or coconut flour)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 inch ginger (minced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 head broccoli (chopped)
- 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 batch keto stir fry sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon chili sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce; set aside.
- Mix almond flour into the chopped chicken in a separate bowl. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat and stir-fry the chicken until mostly cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant. Add onions, broccoli, and bell pepper; cook until tender.
- Return the chicken to the pan with vegetables and pour the prepared sauce over everything. Allow it to bubble and thicken for several minutes before serving.
