  • 1 tablespoon almond flour (or coconut flour)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 inch ginger (minced)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 head broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 batch keto stir fry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce; set aside.
  2. Mix almond flour into the chopped chicken in a separate bowl. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat and stir-fry the chicken until mostly cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant. Add onions, broccoli, and bell pepper; cook until tender.
  4. Return the chicken to the pan with vegetables and pour the prepared sauce over everything. Allow it to bubble and thicken for several minutes before serving.
