Ingredients
- 800 g peeled and sliced ripe yellow peaches (fresh or frozen)
- 200 g caster sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (to taste)
Instructions
- Slice the peaches into eighths and peel each slice.
- In a food processor, combine the peach slices and sugar. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add lemon juice to taste and blend briefly to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6-7 hours or until firm.
