- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 6 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
- Fold in Swiss cheese and crumbled Turkey Bacon.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Mix ketchup and brown sugar in a small bowl; spread over the meatloaf.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
