  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in Swiss cheese and crumbled Turkey Bacon.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Mix ketchup and brown sugar in a small bowl; spread over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
