- 2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 6 oz Stove Top stuffing mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, eggs, salt, pepper, ground sage, and 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
- Spread the remaining cranberry sauce over the top of the meat mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-55 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest before slicing and serving.
