Ingredients
- 85 g unsalted butter
- 6 cups vegan marshmallows
- 4 cups Rice Bubbles
- ½ tsp salt
- Red food coloring
Instructions
- Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling 1/2 cup of water in a small pot, then place a large heatproof bowl over it.
- In the bowl, melt the unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows together, whisking until smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in salt and red food coloring until well combined.
- Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Bubbles in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Lightly oil hands to prevent sticking, shape the mixture into oval 'brains,' and use a butter knife to create folds. Decorate with red food coloring for veins.
