Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the seeded and chopped watermelon pieces.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chopped mint until blended.
- Pour the dressing over the watermelon and gently add the blueberries. Toss lightly to coat.
- Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
