Ingredients
- 1/4 watermelon
- 3 Lebanese cucumbers
- 250 grams feta cheese
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup black mustard seeds
Instructions
- Use a vegetable peeler to create cucumber ribbons and slice the remaining cucumbers into thin pieces.
- Scoop out balls from the watermelon using a melon baller.
- Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- Heat mustard seeds in a small heat-proof bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Assemble by placing cucumber ribbons and slices on a platter, followed by the watermelon pieces and feta cubes.
- Top with black mustard seeds before serving.
