Ingredients
- 6 ears of fresh corn
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Cayenne pepper (to taste)
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Husk and clean the corn; cut each ear into 3-4 bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place corn in a single layer in the basket and lightly spray with oil.
- Cook for about 13-14 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and whisk in Cajun seasoning.
- Toss the hot corn in the Cajun butter sauce until evenly coated and serve warm.
