  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 8 small tortillas

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix lime juice, cilantro, chili powder, and garlic powder. Add shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
